I started real estate in Arizona at the beginning of 2006.  I had been working for Hershey’s as a part-time sales rep.  After my divorce, however, this job would not be enough to support me and my family.  It was a fantastic job at the time I worked it. I would definitely give it credit for preparing me for the busy world of sales.  

I first started with Keller Williams and was invited to be part of a wonderful team - The Krone Team. Cheryl and Keith Krone became great friends and mentors to me in my fledgling state. I am so grateful for them and their guidance, encouragement, and counsel while I had the opportunity to be on their team.


I got remarried at the end of 2006.  New responsibilities, along with family obligations, made working a challenge. I decided to put my license on inactive status where it remains to this day there in Arizona.




Fast forward 6 years and here I am again, a small fish in a big pond. I am so happy and excited to pursue my dream job in real estate once again. It is fun to work with people, young and old, as they search for their next place to call home or to expand their investment portfolio.

The hardest part of this transition is changing habits and replacing them with new ones.  The family as a whole are having to adjust as well.

The kiddos head back to school on Tuesday and mom will begin heading to the office!  Today.......that sounds so exciting!!

My First Post - Just gonna do it!

Big Hello out there to blogland! My name is Atalie. I have been wanting to start a blog for a very long time. My kids are growing fast and life seems to be racing by at lightning speed, so this is my attempt to remember the journey before it becomes a big blur. It is my desire to track what's happening with my family, some of the methods to my madness, and of course sharing things that make my house a home.

I am not a decorator, but I do love trying. There is nothing like opening a new can of paint! Nor is there a canvas like the one the walls in my house provides! I love a good project and trying new things. I'm just going to barrel into this, assuming (scary word - ooooo) that I will learn along the way.

Oh! I am also interested in getting in shape and losing some weight, so for the halibut I shall post that too.

I love music, to sew, craft, try new things, and just about anything goes....

I am a jill of all trades, master of none. It may make for an interesting mix to blog about. We shall see?!?
